Work bench with integrated conveyor belt
This work bench features a seamlessly integrated conveyor belt for a smooth and ergonomic flow of goods. This is supplemented by upstream and downstream conveyor sections. This application example enables continuous material supply and rapid removal for further processing.
All conveyor belts are equipped with the item center drive. This allows the position of the drive to be flexibly selected under the conveyor section. Because the infeed and outfeed remain free, the conveyor belts can be easily lined up next to each other.
The workstation can be flexibly equipped for a wide variety of work processes. Whether assembly, quality control, or packaging – the item Engineeringtool offers a wide selection of pivot arms, tool holders, and material supply solutions. Behind the conveyor belt is a groove plate on which tools and fixtures can be mounted in a variety of ways.
