Workstation with conveyor belt and material buffer

At this lean workstation, products can be assembled, tested, or packaged. The goods are transported via an item conveyor belt, which leads into a transport roller conveyor with a stop for removal. As the item center drive leaves the infeed and outfeed free, both conveyor sections can be lined up flush with each other in the same width.

In this application example, the inclined roller conveyor also serves as a material buffer until the subsequent process steps start.
