Basic model Double Timing Belt Conveyor – non-accumulating

The Double Timing Belt Conveyor with a Timing Belt width of 40 mm and the non-accumulating Timing Belt is suitable for conveying inherently stable unit loads, such as load carriers or defined inherently stable components in assembly lines. The total width is 800 mm. The space between the conveyors can be used, for example, for mechanical or electrical stoppers, camera systems or sensors. In the length of 3000 mm, loads of up to 75 kg can be handled with a line load of 25 kg/m.
The Double Timing Belt Conveyor 8 40 D is available with an accumulating, ESD-safe as well as non-accumulating Timing Belt in two widths and in lengths up to 6000 mm. The total width of the synchronized timing belt conveyors can be up to 2400 mm. The durable Timing Belts with integrated steel strands move even heavy transport pieces without slipping.

Notes on industrial conveyor belts:
– The choice of motor must be adapted to the characteristics of the process and the material being moved.
– The upright must be reinforced by a longitudinal brace and additional uprights should be installed for support from a length of 2000 mm.
– To prevent the Timing Belt from sagging, the Belt Support Set 8 is installed from a length of 2000 mm.
– The Double Timing Belt Conveyor 8 40 D-40 with non-accumulating belt can be operated with a maximum load of 90 kg and a line load of 25 kg/m.
