Basic model Double Flat Belt Conveyor – non-accumulating

The Double Belt Conveyor featuring a belt width of 40 mm and a total width of 240 mm combined with the non-accumulating conveyor belt is suitable for conveying inherently stable unit loads of a defined size. Due to the inherent stability of the conveyed goods, two narrow conveyor belts are sufficient and the space between the conveyors can be used e.g. for mechanical or electrical stoppers, camera systems or sensor technology.
With the length of 2000 mm, a total load of up to 8 kg can be transported and accumulated. Without accumulation, the total load of the conveyor system equals 30 kg with a line load of 25 kg/m.
The Double Flat Belt Conveyor 8 40 D is available with an accumulating, non-accumulating and an ESD-safe conveyor belt in two widths as well as center distances up to 6000 mm. The total width of the synchronized conveyors can be up to 2400 mm.

Notes on industrial conveyor belts:
– The choice of motor must be adapted to the characteristics of the process and the material being moved.
– The upright must be reinforced by a longitudinal brace and additional uprights should be installed for support from a length of 2000 mm.
– The Double Flat Belt Conveyor 8 40 D-400 with accumulating belt can be operated with a maximum load of 8 kg accumulating and a line load of 25 kg/m.
