Flat Belt Conveyor with railing, non-accumulating

This belt conveyor with non-accumulating conveyor belt is equipped with a continuous railing. The height and width of the side guide can be flexibly adjusted using the curved retaining brackets. If required, item Slide Strips can be easily added.
item Belt Conveyors are suitable for conveying bulk goods and objects that are not inherently stable. Together with the railing system, the conveyor belt with a belt width of 320 mm can be used to safely transport a wide range of unit loads. With a length of 3000 mm, loads of up to 75 kg can be transported on the conveyor system with this design.
Belt Conveyor 8 40 D is available with an accumulating, non-accumulating and ESD-safe conveyor belt in eight widths of up to 400 mm and center distances of up to 6000 mm. All sample solutions from item conveyor technology can be easily adapted to your application.
Notes on industrial conveyor belts:
– The choice of motor used must be adapted to the characteristics of the process and the goods being conveyed.
– A Belt Conveyor 8 40 D-400 with a non-accumulating conveyor belt can be operated with a maximum load of 100 kg and a line load of 25 kg/m.
